Important Notes

- Wristbands will be exchanged for tickets at the venue entrance starting at 10:00 AM on the day of the event.

*ID will be checked when exchanging wristbands, so please be sure to bring identification.

- Minors are permitted, but the sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

- Resale of tickets for profit is prohibited under all circumstances. Resale tickets will be invalid and you will be denied entry.

- Performances may be canceled or venues may be changed due to organizer or artist circumstances. In such cases, ticket refunds will not be given.

- This event will be held indoors, so it will proceed even in the rain. However, it may be canceled in the event of severe weather. Thank you for your understanding.

- Purchased tickets will be available for download (issuance) approximately two weeks prior to the event.

- Cancellations and refunds for ticket purchases due to personal reasons are not permitted.
